Our Communication Guarantee
We do this in three ways:
1. In Writing.
- Every month, you will receive, free of charge, a detailed report showing the status of all legal matters which we are handling for you.
- Every month, you will receive free of charge a report itemizing all matters resolved by payment agreements and itemizing both the terms of the agreement as well as the status of the required payments.
- Every month, you will received an accounting report free of charge providing a detailed itemization of the total monies received from specific debtors and forwarded to you.
2. Verbal Communication.
- We make a commitment to verbally communicate with your designated point of contact at least twice a month
- We will contact you after we send our monthly reports seeking to answer all questions you may have which may not be answered by the written reports.
- We will contact you again in the same month as a follow up to any questions which you may have with regard to a given matter(s).
- If you have a question or issue with regard to a community matter, we will attend your Board of Directors meeting free of charge in an effort to address the issue and answer your questions.
We don’t just say we will keep you informed, we guarantee it. If there’s ever a month where you don’t receive our status reports or we fail to attempt to contact you by phone, we’ll give you a $100.00 credit on the next month’s legal bill.
